On February 25, 2013, Emily Suzanne Bathen, 22 of St. Cloud, appeared at the Olmsted County Courthouse. She was convicted of Damage to Property in the 1st Degree- Value Reduced over $1000, and was given a stay of imposition. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation. She was also convicted of Aid and Abet Theft- Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property-No Consent. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 60 days local confinement with credit for 60 days served, and 50 hours community service.
Cody Robert Deroy, 22 of Rochester, was convicted of Check Forgery- Offer/Possess with intent to defraud, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation and 50 hours community service.
Frank Joseph Heaser, 50 of Rochester, was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree-Sale-Schedule IV Controlled Substance Mixture, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, and 42 days local confinement.
Nawy Tith, 20 of Rochester, was convicted of Check Forgery-Offer/Possess with intent to defraud and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 15 days local confinement, and 50 hours community service.
Tricia Lynn Trebil, 28 of Rochester, was convicted of Burglary in the 3rd Degree- Steal/Commit Felony or Gross Misd., and was given a stay of impositon. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, and 110 days local confinement with credit for 94 days served.
Michael William Alcott, 51 of Rochester, was convicted of Theft- take/use/transfer movable property- no consent, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 24 months, which was stayed for five years, along with five years supervised probation, one year local confinement with credit for 149 days served, and 100 hours community service.
Kenneth Eugene Baker, 45 of Rochester, was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not a small amount of marijuana, and was given a statutory stay of adjudication. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, and one day local confinement with credit for one day served.
Earl Booth, 52 of Rochester, was convicted of Financial Transaction Card Fraud- Use- No Consent, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 73 days local confinement with credit for 73 days served, and 100 hours community service.
Eddie Joel Concepcion, 33 of Rochester, was convicted of three counts of Assault in the 5th Degree- 2 or more previous convictions in three years. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 15 months, 21 months and 24 months. He was also convicted of Domestic Assault -Felony, and was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 18 months.
Eric William Holtegaard, 38 of Rochester, was convicted of Domestic Abuse- Violates OFP w/in 10 years of two or more previous convictions, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 60 days local confinement with credit for 29 days served, and 100 hour community service.
Amber Michelle Mills, 27 of Rochester, was convicted of Possession or Sale of Stolen or Counterfeit Check, and was given a stay of imposition. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 47 days local confinement with credit for 47 days served, and 100 hours community service.
Cory Robert Porter, 25 of Rochester, was convicted of Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, seven days local confinement with credit for seven days served, and 100 hours community service.
Adolfo Vazquez-Hernandez, 20 of Rochester, was convicted of Criminal Sex Conduct-4th Degree-Force or Coercion, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to ten years supervised probation, and 120 days local confinement with credit for 73 days served.
