February 15, 2013, Anthony Deshawn Jones, 22, address unknown, appeared before Judge Christina K. Stevens at the Olmsted County Courthouse. He was convicted of Assault in the 3rd Degree- Substantial Bodily Harm, and was sentened to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 18 months. He was also convicted of Murder- 2nd Degree without intent- while committing a felony. He was sentenced to 252 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility.
Janae Lynn Nelson, 24 of Rochester, was convicted of State Lottery Fraud- Claim Prize by Fraud/Deceit. She was sentenced to four months and 29 days in an adult diversion program, and four months 29 days supervised probation.
Maria Madie Corson, 62, address unknown, was convicted of Check Forgery-Make or Alter a Check, and was given a stay of impositon. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, and 40 days local confinemet.
Shawn Douglas Plotnik, 28, address unknown, was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Procure/Possess/Control by fraud or deceit. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 19 months, concurrent with another case.
Nicholas Daniel Glynn, 23 of Grand Meadow, was convicted of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Steal/Commit Felony or Gross Misdemeanor. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 12 months and one day, which was stayed for five years. He was also given five years supervised probation, 120 days local confinement, and 100 hours community service.
Eric Scott Knutson, 32 of Rochester, was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st Degree- Penetration or Contact with person under 13, and was sentenced to St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 202 months.
Ricky Lee Lester, 57 of Rochester, was convicted of Predatory Offender- knowingly violates registration requirements or intentionally provides false information. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 24 months.
Sai See, 33 of Rochester, was convicted of two counts of State Lottery Fraud-Claim prize by fraud/deceit. He was given a stay of impositon and sentenced to five years supervised probation, local confinement for 45 days with credit for 18 days served, and 50 hours community service.
Ahmad Jabar Godbold, 28 of Rochester, was convicted of Domestic Abuse, violates two or more OFP within 10 years of previous conviction. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 15 months.
Awil Abdi Mohamed, 26 of Rochester, was convicted of two counts of Drugs in the 3rd Degree- Sale-Narcotic, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to 20 years supervised probation, 158 days local confinement, with credit for 158 days served. For the second count he was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 39 months, which was stayed for 20 years.
