On January 11, 2013, Jacob John Knudson, 32 of Rochester, appeared at the Olmsted County Courthouse. He was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not a small amount of marijuana. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 18 months.

Marissa Brooke Jacobson, 24 of Rochester, was convicted of Failure to Appear- Charged/Convicted of Felony. She was given a stay of imposition, and sentenced to two years and six months supervised probation, 60 days local confinement, and 100 hours community service.

Quentin Deon Brown, 30 of Rochester, was convicted of Financial Transaction Card Fraud- Use-No Consent. He was sentenced to 15 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, which was stayed for five years. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation, 49 days local confinement with credit for 49 days served, and 100 hour community service. He was also convicted of Aid and Abet Burglary- 3rd Degree- Steal/Commit Felony or Gross Misdemeanor, and given a stay of imposition. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation, 60 days local confinement, and 100 hours of community service.

Jermaine Liljune Johnson, 21 of Rochester, was convicted of Aggravated Robbery- 1st Degree (Aid/Abet), and was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 75 months, concurrent with another case. He was also convicted of Possess Pistol/Assault Weapon- Conviction or Adjudicated Delinquent for Crime of Violence. He was sentenced to 60 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility.

Gary Dale Browen, 39 of Worthington, was convicted of Harrasment; Violation Restraining Order, and sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 21 months, which was stayed for five years. He was given five years supervised probation, and 240 days local confinement.
