December 10, 2012, Samuel Eli Holmes, 26 of Rochester, appeared at the Olmsted County Courthouse. He was convicted of DWI – operate motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance, and was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 42 months, which was stayed for seven years, and was given seven years supervised probation, and 30 days electronic home monitoring.

Jeremiah Duane Siewert, 31 of Chatfield, was convicted of Domestic Assault- Felony, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 180 days local confinement, with credit for 79 days served, and 100 hours community service.

Bradley James Watson, 37 of Rochester, was convicted of Burglary in the 2nd Degree- Dwelling, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to 20 years supervised probation. He was also convicted of Burglary in the 2nd Degree and sentenced to five years probation. He was also convicted of Theft- Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property- no consent, and given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to 10 years supervised probation, 45 days local confinement with credit for 12 days served, and 100 hours community service.

Amanda Jean Burt, 34 of Rochester, was convicted of Assault in the 3rd Degree- Substantial Bodily Harm, and given a stay of imposition. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 60 days local confinement with credit for six days served, and 50 hours community service.

Sherri Ann Dana, 59 of Rochester, was convicted of Theft- Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property- No Consent, and given a stay of imposition. She was sentenced to 10 years supervised probation, one day local confinement with credit for one day served, and 172 hours community service.

Junius Chew Harris, 37 of Rochester, was convicted of Theft- Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property- No Consent. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 17 months, concurrent with another case. He was also convicted of Possession of Stolen Firearm. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 48 months.

Andrew Mason Jacobs, 32 of Rochester, was convicted of Burglary in the 3rd Degree- Steal/Commit felony or gross misdemeanor, and was given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 365 days local confinement with credit for 204 days served, and 50 hours of community service.

Andre Marshall Johnson, 32 of Rochester, was convicted of Drugs in the 4th Degree- Sale Schedule 1,2,3 but not marijuana. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, for 36 months.

Craig Kevin Lee, 26 of Rochester, was convicted of Possess Pistol/Assault Weapon-Conviction or Adjudicated Delinquent for Crime of Violence. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 60 months, which was stayed for 15 years. He was given 15 years supervised probation, and local confinement for one year 42 days, with credit for 407 days served.

Glennis Tyrone Lenoir, 44 of Rochester, was convicted of burglary in the 1st Degree- Dwelling, and given a stay of imposition. He was sentenced to 20 years supervised probation, local confinement for 180 days with credit for 101 days served, and 100 hours community service.

Sim Preap, 27 of Rochester, was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not a small amount of marijuana. He was given a statutory stay of adjudication, and sentenced to three years supervised probation, and 50 hours community service.

Amanda Lea Sarazin, 23 of Eyota, was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not a small amount of marijuana, and given a statutory stay of adjudication. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, 30 days local confinement with credit for four days served, and 100 hours community service.

Randal James Thom, 52 of Lakefield, was convicted of Theft- Take/Use/Transfer Movable property- no consent. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 21 months, which was stayed for five years. He was also given five years supervised probation, 90 days local confinement with credit for five days served, and 100 hours community service.

Robert Daniel Walechka, 21 of Rochester, was convicted of Burglary in the 2nd Degree- Dwelling. He was given a stay of imposition, and sentenced to 10 years supervised probation, 180 days local confinement, and 100 hours community service. He was also convicted of two counts of Theft- Take/UseTransfer movable property without consent and given the same sentence.
