Linda Kay Hanson, 48, of Chatfield, died Friday, Nov. 9, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Paul, where she had been a patient for three days.
Linda was born June 25, 1964, in Harmony, to Lester Hanson and Shirley (Smith) Hanson. She graduated from Chatfield High School in 1982. Linda did daycare and telemarketing.
She enjoyed music, crossword puzzles and word games.
She is survived by one brother, Roger (Arlene) Hanson of Stewartville; one sister, Marilyn Hanson of Chatfield; and one niece, Alyssa Hanson of Chatfield.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Donna Hanson.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the United Methodist Church in Chatfield, with Rev. Debra Jene Collum officiating. Burial will be in the Chatfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Riley Funeral Home in Chatfield is in charge of arrangements. 507-867-4310
