On September 4, 2012, Kyle Lee Keyes, 20 of Rochester, appeared before Judge Joseph F. Chase at the Olmsted County Courthouse. He was convicted of Burglary in the 3rd Degree- Steal/Commit Felony or Gross Misd., Aid and Abet. He received a stay of imposition, and five years of supervised probation concurrent with another case. He was also convicted of Aid and Abet Burglary- 3rd Degree- Steal. He received a stay of imposition, five years supervised probation, local confinement for 27 days with credit given for five days served, and 160 hours community service.
Israel Al Dupree, 24 of Rochester, appeared before Judge Edward W. Bearse and was convicted of Predatory Offender- Knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information. He was sentenced to 21 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility.
Matthew Ronald Fricke, 35 of Rochester, appeared before Judge Joseph F. Chase on September 4, 2012. He received a statutory stay of adjudication for Drugs in the 5th Degree, Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not a small amount of marijuana. He received five years supervised probation, 90 days local confinement with credit for 61 days served, and 100 hours of community service.
Jason Frank Kaufmann, 37 of Red Wing, appeared before Judge Gerald Wolf on September 4, 2012. He was convicted of Escape from Custody- Held Pursuant to Lawful Arrest while on charge or conviction or adjudication. He was sentenced to 18 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, concurrent with another case.
