Jessica Sue Wallskog, 32, of Rochester was convicted of one count Traffic - DWI - Operate Motor Vehicle - Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within 2 Hours. Wallskog was sentenced on April 25 to the Shakopee Correctional Facility for 42 months. She was also given seven years of supervised probation, local confinement for six months with credit for time served of 82 days, and a $1,000 fine.
Joshua Kent Forcier, 28, of Moorhead, Minn., appeared in Olmsted County Court on May 10 for an amended court decision for one count of Drugs - 5th Degree - Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4 - Not Small Amount Marijuana. As the court case was continued, Forcier faces five years of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service for six months after he was given a stay of adjudication on January 24, 2013.
Damon Scott Russell, 35, of Rochester, was sentenced on May 10 for one count of Predatory Offender - Knowingly Violates Registration Req. or Intentionally Provides False Information. Russell was sentenced to 28 months in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, supervised probation for five years, and local confinement for 117 days.
Ryan Scott Heckmann, 33, of Rochester, was sentenced on May 13 for one count of Drugs - 5th Degree - Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4 - Not Small Amount Marijuana. Heckmann was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 18 months.
Heather Anna Christopherson, 29, of Rochester, was convicted of one count Drugs - Store Meth Paraphernalia in the Presence of Child or Vulnerable Adult. Christopherson was given a stay of imposition and supervised probation for five years for this charge in addition to local confinement for 90 days and 100 hours of community service. In a separate case Christopherson was convicted of Check Forgery - Falsely Endorse. Christopherson was given a stay of imposition for this charge, including five years of supervised probation, local confinement for 90 days, and 100 hours of community service. In a third separate case Christopherson was convicted of Issue Dishonored Check - Offense. For this charge Christopherson was given another stay of imposition, including five years of supervised probation, local confinement for 90 days, and 100 hours of community service. Sentences will be served concurrently.
