On November 5, 2012, Lindsey Ann French, 25, address unknown, appeared before Judge Joseph Chase at the Olmsted County Courthouse. She was convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not small amount of marijuana. She was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 17 months, which was stayed for five years. She was also given five years supervised probation, 237 days local confinement with credit for 237 days served, and 100 hours of community service.
Kandyce Kristen Keeler, 28 of Rochester, was convicted of Issue Dishonored Check- Offense and given a stay of imposition. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation, five days local confinement, and 100 hours community service. She was also convicted of Drugs in the 5th Degree- Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4- Not small amount of marijuana. She was given a stay of imposition, five years supervised probation, five days local confinement, and 100 hours community service, concurrent with the other case. She was also convicted of Burglary- 1st Degree- Dwelling-Occupied- Non-accomplice present, and given a stay of imposition, 20 years supervised probation, five days local confinement, and 100 hours community service.

He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 17 months, which was stayed for 10 years, 10 years supervised probation, 180 days local confinement with credit for 19 days served, and 100 hours community service.
Vanny Tith, 24 of Rochester, was convicted of two counts of Aid and Abet Check Forgery- Offer/Posses w/intent to defraud. He was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 23 months. He was also convicted of Check Forgery- Offer/Possess w/intent to defraud and given 21 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility.
Erik Vargas, 20 of Rochester, was convicted of two counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree- Steal/Commit Felony or Gross Misd. (Severity Level 4). He was given a stay of imposition, and sentenced to five years supervised probat .....
