Hamada Abubakar Wallin, 30, of Rochester, was convicted on May 3 for one count of Drugs – 2nd Degree – Sale – 3 Grams or More – Cocaine/Heroin/Meth within 90-Day Period and was sentenced to the St. Cloud Correctional Facility for 93 months. Wallin was also convicted of Drugs – 2nd Degree – Sale 3 Grams or More – Cocaine/Heroin/Meth within 90-Day Period (Aid/Abet) and was sentenced to 93 months in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, which will be served concurrently with the previous conviction.
Jacob Paul Williams, 31, of Chatfield, was convicted on May 6 of one count Drugs – 5th Degree – Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4 – Not Small Amount Marijuana. Williams was given a stay of imposition, supervised probation for five years, local confinement for 260 days with credit for time served of 260 days, and 100 hours of community service.
Nicholas Daniel Glynn, 23, of Grand Meadow, was convicted on May 6 of one count Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle and was given a stay of imposition. Glynn was also given supervised probation for three years, local confinement of 118 days with credit for time served of 118 days, and 100 hours of community service. Glynn was also convicted on May of one count Drugs – 5th Degree – Possess Schedule 1,2,3,4 – Not Small Amount Marijuana. For this charge Glynn was given a stay of imposition, supervised probation for five years, local confinement for 79 days with credit for time served of 79 days, and 100 hours of community service, which will be served concurrently with his previous conviction.
Robert Tauqueer Johnson, 28, of Rochester, was convicted on May 6 of one count Drugs – 3rd Degree – Sale – Narcotic. Johnson was sentenced to 51 months in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility. He was also convicted of one count Drugs – 2nd Degree – Sale Sch. 1 or 2 Narcotic, LSD, MDA, or MDMA in School/Park/Public Housing Zone. For this charge Johnson was sentenced to 108 months in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, which will be served concurrently. Johnson faced conviction of a another count of Drugs – 2nd Degree – Sale Sch. 1 or 2 narcotic, LSD, MDA, or MDMA in School/Park/Public Housing Zone He was sentenced to 111 months in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility, which will be served concurrently.
